YASUE TEAM is one of Japan’s leading salons specializing in hair recovery after chemotherapy, aging, and chemical damage. Founded in 1927, we have over 100 years of history and more than 15 years of dedicated Hair Recovery research. Our mission is not simply to make hair look beautiful, but to help restore healthy hair and renewed confidence.
Every year, more than 220 people travel from across Japan—many by airplane—to visit our salon in Otaru, Hokkaido. They come because YASUE TEAM offers a Hair Recovery Program that cannot be experienced anywhere else.
Our exclusive Rocket Treatment was developed through years of research and is available only at YASUE TEAM. Unlike treatments that rely on strong chemicals or excessive heat to temporarily improve appearance, our approach focuses on supporting the natural recovery of damaged hair while minimizing further stress. We specialize in helping people experiencing changes caused by chemotherapy, aging, and chemical damage.
Our salon is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we are closed on Sundays. All visits are by appointment only, and same-day appointments are not available. Saturdays are usually fully booked several months in advance, so we strongly recommend making your first appointment on a weekday. Reservations are accepted exclusively through LINE. You may send us a message at any time, and we will reply during our business hours with our available appointment options.
Although we are not fluent in English, we warmly welcome international guests every year and communicate using professional translation tools to ensure your visit is comfortable and stress-free.

Our team members have competed in and won national haircut competitions throughout Japan. We are proud to have achieved one of the highest numbers of competition entries and titles in our region.
However, we do not place our technical achievements at the center of our message.
